MAA Architects were appointed as Lead Designer for the Ready to Work project; a CAT B fit out of Level 01 of the Bloom Clerkenwell Building. Ready to Work provides 9400sqft of flexible workspace, in accordance with the HB Reavis Ready to Work Project Brief. The floorplate was designed to be let as one space or a split tenancy, and has been designed to high acoustic and sustainability standards and to give the users a choice of different workplace and social settings.
