York House has been reborn as Dandi Wembley, a new co-living scheme of 369 apartments in this refurbished and extended former office building in the heart of the Wembley Regeneration Area.

The apartments are located in the existing building, with communal facilities in the new two storey rooftop extension, including a bar, restaurant, co-working space and wellness facilities to help foster a sense of community.

MAA’s role in the project was twofold. We led the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing building fabric and the design of the rooftop extension through planning and construction. In addition we worked closely with the Dandi Architectural Team to deliver the technical coordination of their bespoke design. The Dandi design features innovative furniture and storage solutions to maximise the use of space in studio apartments, manufactured in their production facility in London.
