The site is located adjacent to the A325 at the corner junction of East Street and St. Cross Road, to the east of Farnham’s current town centre.

This new build mixed-use scheme provides ground floor commercial space and 23 modern residential apartments. The architectural inspiration came from the modern interpretation of traditional vernacular forms and contemporary use of materials found throughout the historic town of Farnham.

The traditional elements include pitched roofs, dormer windows, expressed lintels and staggered arrangement of forms. The material palette is, although varied, very local and familiar in application. Stretcher bond external brickwork is broken up by considerate brick patterns to add visual interest and pay tribute to Farnham’s cladding tradition.
