MAA worked with Berkeley Homes (West London) from 2016 - 2017 to prepare a detailed planning application for the site of the former Wolfson Neurological Centre on Copse Hill.

Forming part of the wider Wimbledon Hill Park development - which includes the Atkinson Morley Hospital - the design responds to the challenging topography and sensitive context (Metropolitan Open Land, woodland and adjacent sports pitches).

The scheme provides 85 units across four blocks, made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
